المقدمة | Introduction
تُعد الأغشية البيتومينية من أكثر أنظمة العزل المائي شيوعًا في مشاريع البناء، ولا يمكن الاعتماد على المواصفات النظرية وحدها لتقييم جودتها. لذلك، يتم إجراء مجموعة من الاختبارات المعملية والميدانية للتأكد من مطابقة هذه الأغشية للمعايير القياسية (ASTM – EN – BS) وضمان أدائها الفعلي في الموقع.
Bituminous membranes are among the most widely used waterproofing systems in construction projects. However, their quality cannot be assessed based on technical data sheets alone. Therefore, a series of laboratory and field tests are performed to ensure compliance with international standards (ASTM – EN – BS) and to verify their real performance on-site.
أولاً: الاختبارات المعملية | Laboratory Tests
1. اختبار قوة الشد والاستطالة (Tensile Strength & Elongation – ASTM D5147)
يقيس قدرة الغشاء على تحمل القوى الميكانيكية دون تمزق، بينما يُظهر الاستطالة مرونة الغشاء ومقاومته للتشققات.
Measures the membrane’s ability to withstand mechanical forces without tearing, while elongation indicates flexibility and resistance to cracking.
